When you create an account or request a booking, Drive Nova collects contact details, account information, booking dates, selected vehicles, locations and payment records needed to manage your rental.

We use this information to operate the booking service, prepare rental agreements and receipts, process rental requests, provide customer support and protect the security of the platform.

Access and retention

Only authorized Drive Nova staff can access customer and booking information for business operations. We keep information only for as long as needed for rentals, records, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
