Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until Drive Nova reviews it and updates its status. Vehicle availability, rates, pick-up arrangements and payment requirements are confirmed before handover.

Renter responsibilities

The renter must provide accurate information, hold a valid driving licence, use the vehicle lawfully and return it at the agreed time and location. Any accident, damage, theft or breakdown must be reported promptly to Drive Nova.

Payments and cancellation

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation conditions, insurance and any additional charges are confirmed in the rental agreement issued for the booking. Customers may cancel a pending request in their portal.

Rental agreement

The final rental agreement and handover inspection form govern the individual rental. If these terms conflict with that signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.
